2015-11 TCF Announces effective November 4, 2015 the transfer of our RLU East Operations to RLU Central in our new state of the art facility located in Plymouth, Minnesota.
2015-03 This bulletin addresses changes related to:
  • Second home eligibility;
  • Minimum FICO scores in California; and
  • New eligible states.
2015-02 TCF no longer requires the Domestic Partnership/Civil Union Questionnaire.
2015-01 TCF makes loans to non-U.S. citizens who are lawful permanent or non-permanent residents of the United States under the same terms that are available to U.S. citizens. If an applicant states on their application for a loan that they are not a U.S. citizen, the applicant must provide to TCF documentation that establishes that the applicant is a lawful permanent or temporary resident of the United States as provided in this Bulletin.
2014-01 TCF will begin accepting applications for loans secured by properties located in Georgia, Florida, and New York. In connection with loans in Florida and New York, brokers must send new documents to TCF to initiate an application.
2013-01 TCF has changed and clarified the services a Mortgage Broker must perform, simplified its website, revised the Mortgage Broker Services Certification and certain other documents, and revised the Broker Origination Guide.
